Selection of charms for the type of bracelet I last purchased were very limited. I did purchase choose from the limited selection but don’t think it will wow my wife.

I am new to the area and used GPS to find the store locate in the Augusta Mall. Upon my arrival I looked at the directory to locate where the store was. However, it was not listed. I almost left the mall but, really wanted to make a purchase so I decided to walk the mall and wa pleased to find there was a Pandora store there. It needs to be added tot he directory in the mall.

The store was very busy but their were sales associates available to assist. The product selection was good even though there was a sale going on. Overall great service.

I was not highly satisfied because the bracelet I wanted did not come with a birthstone option.

I needed to exchange a bracelet that was the wrong size and could not exchange,had to purchase a new one due to it being outside of 30 days of purchase. The bracelet had not been worn or taken out the box since purchase and delivery date

I came in knowing what I wanted to purchase so I were in and out and satisfied

Some are better than others! Good! No one gets a 10! Didn’t get a charm my wife really wanted!

Main reason sales person didn’t show me how to use my purchase, bought a pandora braclet, got home and did not know how to unlock and take it off. Had to go back to the store the very next day to see how to get the bracelet off, only negative experience

I came in to replace a ring my son purchased that a diamond fell out of. I was apprehensive to purchase the same item again, but it was loved by the person receiving it. I took my chances and purchased the same ring and had the manager check it out first.
