On the free bracelet deal I was told that my sale merchandise didn’t qualify toward purchase to get free bracelet. However, I’m going on-line to purchase the same exact charms at sale price I was prompted to get a free bracelet. Why wasn’t I allowed the same at the store. Not happy about that.

In this particular pandora store the associates are cordial. However, my experience in other stores they are more eager to assist and over friendly to make sure your comfortable. This particular the associates do not make me feel at home or ease.
