I’ve been buying from pandora for years and never disappointed with my purchase. I even brought my mom to the store and she was excited with the collection of items. Customer service at the door ready to go.

I could not view the bracelets that I was somewhat interested in. Several customers were at the display counter, therefore , I could not view them.

When I entered I was just told to sign in . I wasn’t sure if I could look around or just wait. Clear directions would have been nice.

The associated had to ask associated to see more items,she only let me see two trays had to keep asking to see more.

The store is to small. It feel like you are rush not enough time to look and enjoy the merchandise. I love the Pandora.

There was not many on sale items. If there are sales or promotions then that should be mentioned. Customer service does need to be a little better.
