This was first visit, the store was very busy, due to Christmas shoppers so I wasn't able to check out a lot of the merchandise.

Some items we wanted to purchase was not in store. The store was very hot which made it very uncomfortable. I felt the sales person was trying to push the more expensive items.

How the store is managed, the over visit has gotten to be a better experience with the staff do to management....in this crazy time , it's nice to have a wonderful experience with a smile and customer service

She gave me the wrong piece. I showed her which one I wanted and she gave me something completely different. I like the piece but it is not what I really wanted. 😏♥️

A few charms I wanted were unavailable in store. As the associate helped me, a family of four hovered over me while waiting to look at bracelets.

The change of return policy, making all sales final, no returns or exchanges
