I was highly satisfied with my purchases i was on my lunch break and I wanted to run in and browse but the employees were so friendly I bought 2charms and I really needed a security latch for my bracelet.

First time in this place and I will be coming back. I want to get a necklace next plus some charms.

I like to leave room for growth. My experience was great. Alexandria was great, helpful not pushy and perfectly pleasant

I wanted my items to be wrapped instead the were place in a box then put in the bag😕

I was satisfied with my experience at Pandora because of the selection of jewelry in addition to the helpfulness of staff. One thing that prevents me from saying I was highly satisfied is one of the staff seemed unfamiliar with the rings I was inquiring about. I'm not upset about it as she seemed to be a new employee.

First it was VERY hot in the store.. To the point I was rushing to get done with my purchase. But the customer service was good everyone was sweet and helpful.

Holly, my sales associate was awesome!! She was very professional,knowledgeable and even took the time to take my bracelet apart to put my charms on to make my bracelet "flow"better. The only part I was disappointed about was that I had to leave my bracelet for 24 hours to be cleaned. I was planning to drop it off to be cleaned while I shop around the mall. Leaving it and coming back the next day was not convenient because I don't live close to the mall. Other issue was the type of charms I wanted Pandora company has not made. Looking for a Daddy's Girl charm, something dental hygiene related and more stone charms in the color purple.

everyone was okay but i don’t like that y’all gave me this paper gift box and not the usual box

Would like to see a program that gives discounts for loyal customers. Maybe after every 5 charms get 1 free. Need incentives

Selection not very good. Out of stock on many items that I wanted had to make other choices.
