I don't like that you can not walk around and browse the store. I also don't like the fact that you can't get your jewelry cleaned. Any real jewelry store cleans their jewelry.

I purchase a link necklace and wanted it clean and the sales associate informed me that i would’ve to leave the necklace for a couple of days because they only clean jewelry on certain dates. I brought that to the Assistant manager attention and said when you purchase something you can’t get it clean before leaving the store ? She said the items in the showcase are already clean she then asked me was it in plastic? I said yes. She said the items are clean that are in the bags because I clean them before I put them in the showcase. I just wanted my chain clean she finally said well if you want it clean again I can clean it for you. I said yes I want it clean. After cleaning the necklace I said I really appreciate that thank you. I received no response she showed me an attitude. I went on my way

The store was crowded. Limited supply. The main disappointment was, the associate failed to offer the the free bracelet promotion. I was $30 off, but could have added an item around that amount and received the free bracelet. It was my plan to take advantage of the promotion, but with the crowd and limited supply it just slipped my mind. I feel like she should have suggested.

I ordered three items online to have shipped to my home, and wanted to exchange one of the items in the store. The associate did the exchange, but wasn't thrilled about doing it, and went out of her way to tell me that I should shop in store in the future because it supports the store. This non-supportive policy between the online store and privately owned stores is ridiculous. Store owners should support and represent the brand fully, period. I can guarantee that I'll actually make more of an effort to avoid this store in future, rather than visiting it, due to the attitude of the associate, and apparently, the store owner.
