Nothing on the shelves. Another sales girl bullied my sales girl. My sales girl was great but everyone else was running around with their heads cut off. Very hectic. My sales girl even when being bullied kept her calm and composure

The associate at the store was not pleasant. I asked about the necklace pendant and has given a class on the difference O pendant, stated to me what I need to ask for next time. It was extremely frustrating and time consuming. I ask about the military discount, didn’t receive answer I was questioned if I had proof. It was a tug of war. I eventually ask if another associate could ring me up. It was an exhausting experience.

Someone purchase me a pair of earrings for my birthday on 10/10 and I tried to exchange them for a more expensive pair. The manager said no, I need the person email I said I have the phone number can you check. No we no longer do that, ready they are new ma’am, I was just here and y’all can do it that way, customer service in mgmt sucks, it makes you want to shop elsewhere

The associate was up-tight. I had to keep asking him to repeat himself. Had I not asked if the location had more charms than him showing us one lil tray, we wouldn't have seen more. Think I'll continue to order online. Spend too much money for poor customer service. The charm my daughter picked is too small for the price.

The friendliness of the employees was surprisingly bad. I asked about any specials available and was told there were none , then after I checked out I seen the starter bracelet set for over 100 dollars less than what I had spent. I had to go back the next day to exchange the bracelet because it was a gift and the salesperson actually argued with my daughter about what size bracelet she felt was best fit . They were again not very friendly and I almost just got a refund instead of exchanging my merchandise. It was very disrespectful how we were talked to. My husband spends lots of money at this store , I have two completely full bracelets of my own and we were buying my daughter one, and almost completely changed our mind based on the attitude of the salesperson who treated us like we could not afford to shop there, when in fact we spent 275.00 the first day and 120.00 more when we returned the next day. The salesperson should not judge a book by its cover .

The young lady who attended us had no eye contact, was not happy to attend us. And was kind of rude.. but she did proceed to Chevk us out and give us items we asked for so I guess she did her job

I was supposed to get a free bracelet with my purchase over $150. I was told they were out of them and nothing could be done. This is false advertising.
