I purchased 2 charms for someone as a gift. they were placed in separate charm "boxes". unwrapped. I was charged for the traditional "box". placed in a bag, still unwrapped. this does not create a pretty gift presentation.

Salesperson was not friendly. I felt rushed and really felt the salesperson didn’t want to be bothered. I felt she thought I was going to waste her time and not buy anything.

I knew what I was looking for and what I wanted but the sales associate kept trying to sell me stuff I had no interest in and did not want we kept telling her exactly what I wanted at one point to took away one of the 2 charms I was wanting to get to try to sell me 2 charms I didn't want and had no interest in at that point my husband pushed the two charms she was trying to push me on away and put the original charm that she had pushed away when she was trying to get me to take the charms she wanted me to back with the first charm I was getting. It started getting really infuriating when she kept pulling out charms I either did not want or already had. I eventually got what exactly what I had come in for but it was still a massive hassle and headache it reminded me why I buy most of my pandora jewelry online. If it wasn't for the fact that the Augusta, GA store is the only store close to us and my husband buys my Christmas, birthday, and anniversary gifts there we would never step foot in it again

The selection of Angel was not very good. The promotion was every 150 spent you get a free gift. But when I use my military dicount I could no longer get a free gift. So I had to split my order to accommodate both.

Bracelet broke. Clasp known for breakage. Was told to buy another because they won’t fix it.

Purchase a bracelet and the cor started changing colors. It seemed like it rusted

This is the second time I have had a problem in the store within a couple of days. When I went in on Tuesday I told the sells rep that's I wanted to use Idme and she said that I could not. I explained that I just used it Sunday and Friday for the Marvel charms and I was trying to fish the collection. When she did do it and it went through she walked off and went to the back of the store I guess to ask. When she returned I did not even want her to help me anymore but I did. I went back on Thursday same issue different sells rep and she told me the same thing and went and got the manager and the manager said the same thing I explained that I just was in here Friday, Sunday, and Tuesday and I used it. I feel like if you can only use idme for certain charms it should be specified so that customers will know. There attitude was rude and I want to back into store again because I have spent a lot of money with this store.

The sales associate seemed to be in a hurry to close. Granted it was ten minutes before closing but I was interested in seeing product. Associate only suggested to pieces and when I asked questions it was very short answers that didn’t really explain much. Even after the first purchase my brother wanted to see something else and no one seemed to want to help I guess because they were preparing for close. Not very friendly at all. My mother and I weren’t pleased but still purchased because we love Pandora.

Staff asked if I had been helped then she turned to another staff member and asked if she could help me. Both said they were too busy. One eventually helped but seemed unhappy about it. She wasn’t pleasant or helpful. I left with a product but I was not happy
