I bought a necklace from the catalog price was $100. Got to the register and it rang up as $115. I told the salesperson the issue and she stated the price had changed, but she showed me the item from the catalig and didnt mentioned some item prices had increased. Because i had used a survey coupon she couldnt adjust the price that it rang up as.. i refreshed her memory that she showed me the item from the catalog abd we both saw the price of $100.00 , but she didn't even try to adjust price to what she she told and showed me the price as.. i was highly frustrated about the deception.

Sales person didn't seem engaged. Not sure if he was new but didn't seem sure of himself. Had he put in more effort into our interaction I would have bought more.

Sales associate mentioned that a per sale promotion was going on so I took advantage. She also mentioned that I could use Afterpay for my purchase. Sales associate and manager wasn't very familiar on how to use app from my phone being this was my first time. Took over a hour with me and associate calling customer care to get issue resolved. It was my birthday so I was a little annoyed by how long it took out of my special day to get my birthday gift. Manager didn't offer empathy or something for inconvenience

A bracelet scanned for $95, but was sitting on the bracelet holder for $75, I brought that to the sales associate's attention, she informed another associate whom didn't acknowledge me at all but just walked over and said to the associate, it's $95 and walked away. I gave the bracelet and clips back, but my sister told me to talk to the manager, a manager walked out from the back and acknowledged me. I told her about the issue and she overrode the price. I then bought the bracelet and 2 clips. I don't plan to go to the augusta location. Thank you

The Customer service was awful, the lady was not friendly at all , I didn't feel welcome in the store at all. I'm a repeat customer to the pandora brand, but first time at the Augusta store, I will never return to this location again.

One of the associates was very rude towards me and one of her other associate’s that was assistant me. So, I brought it to the attention of the manager and duty. She apologized for her actions but didn’t address it with her.

I was greeted when I got to the store. I was not allowed to look past the charms I was interested in. I may of purchased something else for my daughter for her birthday, however the salesperson stuck to me like glue. I felt li,e I was considered arm and dangerous. I won’t return to this store ever. I had a horrible first time experience. I did not need an escort literally to follow me EVERYWHERE. She made me very uncomfortable. I have been to other stores and treated much better. The salesperson lost me as a customer for the store.

The sales associate Holly did not present good customer service skills. She did not greet me upon arrival. She didn't care to sale me the product. She rushed me through the process. I should have chose a different store location.

I have spent over $1000 in the last month with your company and I and didnt have my military ID but the store should know me by now they refuse to give me my discount because I didn’t have my ID with me I think you guys should have something in place that once you show proof you don’t have to continue to bring your ID every time. It’s really inconveniencing
