Store rep was not very friendly and was not knowledgeable about the product. Seems like she didn’t want to exchange the item for us.

I walked in and a highly rude associate asked what I was looking for. She was less then friendly and acted like I was a nuisance. I felt rushed for payment just to get me out of the store and it wasn't busy.

The sales accosiate was not attentive she was more looking at what was going on around her then paying attention to the customer

Wrong prices were displayed even though communication on price range was discussed prior. company’s failure to communicate and update prices within a timely manner caused disappointment and attitudes were felt when i expressed error in advertisement/sale process.

The Associate that helped me was not engaged and acted like he didn’t want to assist me.

A charm had fell off one of my braclets. The sales person employee #206123 name Cassandra. Her attitude was that I was attempting to steal something. Once I was able to verify that it was actually a pandora product and she replaced the charm and turned and walked away as I stood there trying to get my bracelet closed. Maybe she was having a bad day, but she was not very plesant.

When I entered the store, I was not greeted by any sales associate. There were 5 sales associates by the register talking and Alexandria was helping a customer. Alexandria finished with her customer and then asked if I needed any assistance. The 5 associates stayed at the register talking. It was very disappointing that this busy team member still took the time to help me when there were 5 other associates readily available and chose to ignore. Terrible customer service for a Pandora and I will not be returning. Alexandria was very pleasant and helpful. The others need to prioritize customer care and attentiveness.

I went To get a charm for my daughters bracelet like I do every year. She was with me and we were browsing the store. No one offered their service even though there was only one other customer in the store. When we did get some help, the staff was extremely rude to me and my 10 year old.

Clean bracelet, they cut my bracelet and didn’t replace the one they cut and the charm
