We actually went in to exchange a online order however, Michelle was great and so helpful we decided to buy a Christmas present for my mother. I absolutely had no attention of buying anything but great customer service goes a long way with my wife and myself.

First of all, before I could write my name ion he sign in, Michelle W approached and greeted me. She made my experience awesome. She was more like a concierge then a sales associate.
