The customer service representative assisted me immediately upon entering the store. They worked immediately to service my order, in which I had written down my selection of charms. They found the charms quickly in the inventory, and the one charm they could not find immediately, they worked diligently to find. They showed me another charm and I selected it instead. Upon my choices, they quickly wrapped my charms and I left. From the time of being served, to the time I left, was 10-15 minutes. I was very happy and pleased with the service.

I shopped online sand pick up in the store. The lady who’s in charge of releasing it to me was very nice and fast.

I have bought 2 bracelets as gifts for friends. I think they are wonderful. A loved one can add on to the bracelets. I wish more promotions can be offered. Maybe if you spend often, you can receive FREE gifts. Just a thought.
