The manager was very friendly and acknowledge me as soon as I walked in the store. All the other associates were busy and she stopped what she was doing to help me. Answered all my questions and explained everything about the quality.

The sales associate were able to address the issue that I was having. I had to make a return for a defective bracelet and my name and email was incorrect in the system. Originally they told me it could not be done because they could not find my purchase. He went to a manager and she was able to figure it out and we exchanged with no issue.

Because the sales clerk that assisted us with our purchase was very pleasant, took the time to show us several different charms in order for me to pick which one I would like, and he also made a suggestion and I appreciated that. I also appreciated the timely manner that it took to make our purchase it didn't take long at all.

I needed to exchange two bracelets but it was 10 minutes to closing. They welcome me and did not rush me. They were friendly and knowledgeable
