The Pandora associate's availability, courtesy, and knowledge of the store's selections were key in my decision to make the purchase. Also, the detailed quality and variety of Pandora's merchandise impressed me. I will make a point first to visit Pandora when shopping for jewelry for the special people in my family.

The store was very busy. But despite the crowd an associate was very friendly and was very helpful. I loved the variety and I was able to look through the book to see many opptions.

Friendly helpful sales associate. Got the items I went in for. Wished the new Pooh and pig heart charm was bigger as well as tigger. No red leather bracelets received at my store.
