Kayleigh L. was extremely knowledgeable about the product and she was very helpful. I bought some charm in Pigeon Forge and she showed me how to organize them on my Pandora bracelet. The experience was very pleasant and I have already recommended the store to others.

I came in to get a smaller ring than the one my husband had purchased for my birthday present. The agent I was working with and I believe the manager could not locate the ring that was showing in the store for the size I needed. Right when we were about to place an order to have a ring sent to the store the manager located the ring. She was diligent and persistent in locating that ring and it made for a very pleased customer.
