She also went out of her way to find me a charm that the store no longer had but made a phone call and found it at a sister store. She got my contact information and called me the next day to tell me I could come and pick it up! Very excited to have found this charm (Harry Potter Sorting Hat)!

I called before I got there abs the associate was very helpful with telling me what they had available. When I got to the store I was greeted when I walked in and helped right away. I will be back

The reason I was highly satisfied is wholly in part by Pandora Sales Associate Kayleigh L no. 206131. She was exceptionally knowledgeable of all the specials, sales, finance options available to participate in. Ms. Kayleigh made my wife and I feel very special. Ms. Kayleigh was attentive, she listened to what my wife wanted and made some really fantastic suggestions. Ms. Kayleigh also used her own personal Pandora Charms to further explore other options in our purchase. And finally Ms. Kayleigh introduced us to to the Pandora Necklace options available, (which I didn't even know existed)! This young lady was simply fantastic. I wish ALL retail sales had a Ms. Kayleigh representing them. My only negative complaint is with Pandora itself. My account was closed, (unbeknownst to me at time of purchase) simply because I hadn't made a purchase in the last 4-5 months?!?!?!?!!!?? I found t h a t to be a bit irritating and time consuming. I was still making timely payments on a previous purchase, (and making the payments o v e r the required minimum amount)! It's not like I had $0.00 balance on my account. This was the only damper to an otherwise incredible shopping experience. Thanx
