My overall experience at this particular location is many times on the fence. I have met many associates at this location and most of them are very professional and polite. This latest instance at this location I noticed that there were two associates pacing the store but did not offer to help me. In no rush I patiently waited for Ms. Rachelle to complete her transaction with another customer. My experience from that point until completing my purchase was highly satisfying. Great customer service is the most important key for maintaining a business. Perhaps train all age associates about being more polite verbally and non verbally would have given this survey all highly satisfied.

Soon as I walk in. I was greeted by a nice young lady.I received my bracelet as a Christmas gift. I didn't know what charms I was looking for she told me to tell her about myself once I told her I ended up buying 6 charms that I truly loved. I will definitely be going back.

Great Staff and Great Service!!! Everyone one available spoke when entering the store. All available sales associates were standing close by the entrance waiting to service all customers that entered the store! It was a great experience and I will shop again!

Jenna, at the Augusta location, was very knowledgeable about the product. She was so helpful and offered her suggestions on each item I was interested in. Although she talked me into spending more than I expected to, I’m extremely satisfied!
