I wish I remember the lady name, she showed me exactly what I want the color that I want she showed me different styles that was best for my bracelet I really do appreciate her because she was very very patient with me

The knowledge of the sales associate is what made me high satisfied. She was able to tell me about specific charms and when she saw that I really didn’t like a particular charm, she showed me something else. She made sure I less satisfied with the charm.

Michele, the associate, who waited on me was very professional and helpful. She walked me through my purchase experience step by step to make sure I understood everything. Michele was also very nice.

The quality of the pendants were excellent.
