I really enjoyed my experience at pandora

When I entered the store I received a warm welcome. The sales associate attended to me right away. She (Shermeria) was very friendly and helped me choose the right gift for the occasion. I definitely will be back.

I purchased a bracelet and 2 charms from Pandora, Augusta Mall. Shemeria the sales associate assisted me in getting the perfect gift that my daughter loved!

Upon walking into the store you are greeted with a smile. The associate was willing to help me find exactly what I was looking for, and asked me what kind of designs do I like in other words do I like dangly or what type of charms do I prefer.

When I walked in as soon as she was finished wit the other person she came over and asked me did I need help she help me out. She was nice and helpful will be back.

My boyfriend took me into the store to select my Christmas present. I had been away over the Holidays and he wanted to be a part of the selection. I found an adorable one about my dog but he said fine but “i want something that reminds you of me”. So he selected a beautiful sparkling one which I will hang on a chain by itself. In the end he bought me both. I must add he is 91 and I am 85—romance doesn’t ever stop.

Out of all the pandora stores I have visit, this one here in the Augusta Mall is my favorite. Great employees

Great staff

While I was in the store I became a lil lightheaded and the staff showed great concern and compassion. They made sure I was well before I left the store.
