I was able to get a cute ring for my sisters 30th birthday. The salesperson was readily available. Guided me right to the rings and allowed me to view multiple rings. Then he wrapped the present for me.

I highly recommend because once u walk in pandora they make you feel welcome

I was satisfied because everything that I needed was there . I accidentally chose the wrong size for my bracelet and the associate helped me to get the correct size . After we noticed that one of my charms was too small for my bracelet, she showed me others that would fit my bracelet .

I called first and spoke with Shermeria. We live almost an hour away. She held two 14 kt charm beads for me for the next day. She was not working but another lovely young lady, Alexandria, assisted me and helped me find a third 14kt charm.

I was highly satisfied with how quickly the associate got to me and my husband. She heard what we were looking for and showed us the sections we’d be interested in. She was clear with care instructions and all!

The ease of getting in the store I thought I was gonna have a wait the friendliest door person and of course the sales person Holly and how quick and easy it was to check out I already had two items in mind and she went right to them .

The sales associate were incredibly helpful, they took various sizes and allowed me to compare their fit. They patiently customized my piece and made helpful suggestions. I was surprised to hear it was her first day. She was awesome!!!
