I was very satisfied because I was exactly what I order. The staff was friendly, and had amazing customer service. I also love the collect of charms they provide.

I was looking for a specific pair of earrings I had seen online but could not remember the name of them. I described them to Holly the sales associate who assisted me and she knew exactly what I was looking for. The earrings were in the back room and it took her no time to return with them. I was very pleased with her knowledge of merchandise and get customer service skills.

It was a seamless experience. My salesperson was knowledgeable and his customer service was the best.

Everyone was very helpful and the store associate Kenya was very sweet! She helped me as soon as i walked through the door and I was out before 30 minutes. She gave me information about my bracelet and also let me know I can come up whenever to clean it and the proper aftercare.

She showed me so many options and was very knowledgeable. The price range was great.
