Everytime I visit that store, I always have a great experience. No problems. Sale representatives are always very knowledgeable and helpful.

I commented that I will not return in 90 days because I don't live in the area..I live in Atlanta so there's where my daughter and I shop..She has made many purchases for me and herself as well..We love Pandora!

Jared was friendly and super quick. He was so welcoming. I showed him a picture of what I wanted, and within a couple of minutes it was boxed and ready to go. His level customer service is impeccable. Please let him know I am grateful for the experience he provided. One of the best parts of the experience was the expectations he set. I left satisfied with my purchase and all my questions answered.

Catherine was the sales person that assisted me telephonically about a replacement needed and told me to ask for her by name when I arrived at the store. Upon arrival, she’s done the background needed to minimize my wait and presented herself as a professional eager to help. I have ALWAYS received excellent customer focused assistance at Pandora and I recommend them to anyone that values great customer service and beautiful quality merchandise.
