Friendly staff and knowledgeable of product. I actually walked out the store and sat in the food court while my daughter finished shopping I was approached by a gang member I had my grandson with me he had a red scarf on that I guess symbolizes his gang I immediately went back to the Pandora store it was store closing time the staff made me feel safe while my daughter finished shopping told me to come back in the store brought me a stool to sit on because my knees bother me until my daughter paid for her items and we walked out together..

The salesperson was very helpful. She was patient while I chose my items. The store manager was very helpful when I told her my bracelet was left in cleaning solution in a store in Virginia and my bracelet looked dull.
