The sales rep. who assisted me was very helpful, knowledgeable and professional during this visit. I did not feel pressured nor rushed to purchased any items. She moved heaven to locate a particular charm I really wanted; very pleased with the customer service I received.

My sales clerk was very knowledgeable and efficient. He showed patience while I figured out what I wanted and made recommendations based on what I told him I needed. I didn’t have to wait to get into the store and no wait on assistance from a sales clerk.

My sale associate name was Michelle and she was very kind, nice, and very aware of what the store had to offer. I have not had a great experience with this particular store in quite some time. I was very pleased, with the person that assisted me on my visit.

Pandora is great but the COVID rules YALL have are ridiculous!!! Get over it . It almost made me not go in to purchase
