Got a great deal on my service compared to the dealer prices.

Wesley (red hair), I think that was his name. He was AWESOME!!! Friendly, knowledgeable, interested, helpful and kind. And also the manager was pretty awesome too, took the time to pop out and answer questions about tires on our other vehicle that we haven't had to replace tires on yet. They were both so great at their jobs. One more thing I have noticed when I have to pop into this Tire Kingdom, they are so honest and sincere in person and on the phone. I heard it over and over that people had their issue covered by tire protection or what not. As a customer, I don't always know what protection plans I have bought from what place and when. So it would be very easy to not notify or use the programs and pay for everything when I get there. That is not the case here, I feel like you DO hold your customer's interest at a high regard. I don’t think I’ve ever had a negative experience at this location. The staff if always friendly and transparent with all communication. I’ve been coming to this location exclusively since I unexpectedly needed new tires a day before a vacation and had such a positive experience from that I actually stopped going to my dealership. Now I’ve started to bring other cars from my household there and we’ve ditched their dealerships too.
