Appreciate the professionalism

I had a flat tire and went into Tire Kingdom without a reservation. They said it could be several hours wait since they were booked with reservations. I understood. I had no choice but to wait. Very soon after my arrival, I was then told that they were taking my car and would be finished in 20 minutes. Unreal!! What a wonderful company! We are customers for life!

Brandon was so helpful and honest about the problem my car was having. He called me with updates. I did have to leave my car for a part to be ordered but my car was done by the promised time. Brandon is an asset to this location and his customer service and friendliness was greatly appreciated. I will definitely bring my car back because of him.

My car was taken into the service area at my appointment time. I had an oil change, lube and filter with a tire rotation and out in less than 40 minutes.

Friendly staff. They helped each other to keep wait times low. Called with completion details quickly and knew how the credit process worked

Overall the entire staff does a great gob, friendly and efficient service! Brandon the Manager always provides exceptional service, and the service Manager Too!

I like the location, employees, cleanliness of whole place, and i feel as though they always tell me the truth and try to be as helpful as they can, without "pushing" or trying to push something on me. They explain everything in clear terms and they are very efficient and fast in their work.
