Great Team Great Job!!!

The staff was very helpful with replacing my tire damaged during Hurricane Ian. They also doubled checked the car to see if it had any problems related to the flooding from the storm surge that my car experienced. If I need services again in the Bradenton area, I will definitely use this location. Otherwise I will use my normal location in North Fort Myers which was closed due to the hurricane.

Very clean, was in and out in less than 30 minutes.

2nd time at this location. It is the only one I will use. It is under a new manager, Brandon Colon. Cyrus Leighton, Service Manager, was there as well. Both Brandon and Cyrus were training a new sales associate, Kala Lee. I was very impressed by the attention they provided her in her training and to all the customers. For only her second day on the job I was pleased the service she provided! By their interaction alone I would recommend this location to anyone looking for a job as it seemed like a great example!! They were a TEAM! I asked questions and received prompt responses. Store was impressively clean. Time of service was tremendous as well. The only think needed is for this store to be represented on TireRack.com. TK needs to ensure more people ordering tires can schedule appointments at this location. Please work to have its location added to TireRack.com. Again, this was a tremendous team. I wish I would have remembered the Technician's name. He worked on my car the first time I came in and both times I have been pleased with his work. Stellar example of what a service team should be!
