I found out at another auto location I had a nail in my tire. I called Tire Kingdom and JT answered the phone and was able to get my hard to find tire for me that afternoon and put on my car! This mom is so very thankful!!! Saved the day. He was even able to squeeze me in even though there were no appointments left.

It was easy to make an appointment online and they had convenient openings and times. I called ahead because my car requires an unusual oil filter. JT is an amazing manager and had everything ready for when I came in for my appointment. Everything was done in an hour. Couldn’t have been a smoother process. First thing that impressed me I was greeted with smiles and good mornings from the mechanics as we were waking by. That right there is HUGE! Each employee was very friendly .you kept me informed with a courtesy call when it would be ready. They were very informative about how bad my alignment was and how they corrected it. I understood exactly what he explained to me, another great point. I will definitely be back as I had no idea how much services they provide.
