My tire sensor wasn't working and brought my car in without calling ahead. Immediately was helped by Cyrus and he came out to my car to test all my sensors and let me know my left back wasn’t working. Since they didn’t have my sensor on hand they let me know where I could buy one and told me they will put it in whenever I get it. Later that day I came back with the new sensor again (called and made sure they can fit me in and they did!) Got in immediately and left 30mins later. Not only was everyone helpful and extremely respectful, they seemed to care about every customer and did an amazing & fast job. Thank you Cyrus & team! Will be bringing my business to you again. Cyrus was extremely helpful and honest. I really appreciate all his help and willingness to help me fix my car as soon as possible. Extremely grateful for how easy and fast the team worked & made time to squeeze me in. Thank you again!!

Simple appointment making. Greeted with a smile as soon as I arrived. They got me situated right away and even assisted me in making a cup of coffee. The location was spotless and I noticed the office team constantly cleaning up between customers. WiFi was a great benefit which I didn’t need long since the service was accomplished so quickly. I would recommend this location to anyone who is looking to get a service done.

I was greeted upon entering in a professional manner. The service writer took my info and the car was brought in immediately. It was brought to my attention that the tire were near the end of use and was provided a quote without a high pressure pitch but rather a suggestion that they be replaced in the very near future.

So I was going in for a routine oil change/ tire rotation. At the front desk he communicated with me that my wheel locks weren’t on the rear tires and I only go to that location for all tire rotations/oil changes and that there was no note stating otherwise about the wheel locks in previous services. They went above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied with my experience and that I would be a return customer. This tire kingdom location has become a trusted place to go for me because of this reason.

I had to get a new tire due to an unexpected flat tire. I ended up getting an oil change while I was there and everything went perfectly in a nice timely manner. 9/10
