Went to your store because my car had difficulty turning over and I suspected a bad battery. Your Service Manager, Cyrus Leighton, informed they were all booked up and wouldn't be able to get to it until later in the day or Friday. I told him I was concerned because it was my only vehicle and afraid I'd get stuck somewhere. He was awesome! He squeezed me in, checked the battery, and confirmed by battery was on its last leg. He installed the new battery himself and had me out of there in no time. I was really relieved and able to make it to my appointment later that morning. He's great and I'm very thankful.
