Great team and very professional

Because the tech guys are honest about issues with vehicle. they did not try and persuade me to buy parts or services I did not need at this time. This is why I came to you plus I love the free tire rotation. That alone make me a lifetime loyal customer. I just wished you still had lifetime alignment as it was in years past. Also, My 20 yr old daughter had a tech from your tire kingdom location, Bradenton Hwy 64, tell her, her brakes were bad and needed replaced back in June 2021, however when we came back another tech at your company told her that was not true & showed her why and how they were still safe and had plenty of life. I'm assuming the tech from June was inexperienced or trying to get more money, which I have warned her.... because she is young there are those who will try and rip her off. However, She is a loyal customer of yours now because of an honest employee of yours months later and because of that I now am as well.

No problems at all

The employers were very kind. The place was very clean and had water and snacks available for customers. It took about 1 hour to complete my oil change and tire rotation. I looked around at many other places but this place had the best price! Will for sure be coming back for future services!

The staff is friendly and professional over the phone and in person. The prices for service were explained clearly and are very reasonable. The waiting area was comfortable, clean, and beverages/snacks were provided. I relaxed with a good book and my service was completed in a timely manner. I am a satisfied customer and recommend this location.
