I visited Baja Fresh based on the episode of Under Cover Boss they appeared in. I loved the fact that the Owner/Boss was so caring and dedicated to Christ. When I went there the service was not as I expected.

Floor was sticky and restroom was nasty. Food took a while to get, not sure why?

It's ok Mexican food but there needs to be a more authentic Mexican menu & for a cheaper price. Too many competitive authentic Mexican food spots. Needs to renovate themselves with the new food market.
