The food was delicious, but the atmosphere was generally a bit loud for my taste. Paying extra for the side of queso seemed ridiculous since we didn't even get flour tortillas to with it. I'll be choosing Ted's next time.

This was my first time going to chuys and it'll be my last. Our server forgot to bring us plates or silverware even after we asked two times! Our food was cold too. Not a good experience.

Ordered the #9, chicken lite plate, as always, with 2 creamy jalapeños. The fajita chicken taco was okay - the chalupa/tostada was so old and stale I couldn't cut it with a fork and knife as hard as I tried, and I tried. I love this place and am traveling on business and hated telling my wife what happened because I'm a fan and she's not - hate when she's right. Hope it's better next time.
