Big O Tires

The technician in the front, Alex, explained that they were running behind when I dropped off my car for an oil change and tire rotation. He looked very stressed out which to me implied that he was taking it personally that they were behind schedule on my 0800 appointment. The delay wasn't a big deal but I appreciated his concern a lot. It was my first oil change with this car since the factory and the technicians identified an oil leak. Instead of carrying on with the oil change they brought me out to show me the leak and recommend I take it back to the dealership I bought it from to address it there. I really appreciate honesty and integrity and I will definitely return to Alex at Big O Tires in Cabot, AR.

I have been using Big O tires for several years. I took advantage of the front and rear axle lifetime pad and rotor special. Alex always take care of my needs quickly and accurately. I love bringing my vehicle here as all the employees are kind and courteous.

This was just my second time using Big O, with the first to have a tire fixed. The experience then was awesome and the reason I returned to purchase tires. Every employee on both visits were extremely friendly and courteous, helpful and very professional. On both visits Jesus Santiago-Lopez helped me. I had came in on 01-25-24 to get pricing on new tires. Jesus took the time to look up and show me tires and explained the differences and helped me decide which would be better for what I needed. He is very professional and has great knowledge about the services and products. I was pleased to hear he is the Assistant Manager, well deserved. Very pleased with this business and its employees.
