Online appointment booking with immediate text confirmation and follow up call from store to confirm. Store communicated a backorder of the tires I wanted of 3-5 days, but offered comparable alternative that suited my needs. Staff was friendly, punctual, timely on the replacement, and even communicated about issues they observed such as break wear getting low. Great experience - in and out in 35 minutes tops for a tire change, fastest I've ever had personally. Earned my respect time and again when I go - definitely 'my tire store'.

The technician in the front, Alex, explained that they were running behind when I dropped off my car for an oil change and tire rotation. He looked very stressed out which to me implied that he was taking it personally that they were behind schedule on my 0800 appointment. The delay wasn't a big deal but I appreciated his concern a lot. It was my first oil change with this car since the factory and the technicians identified an oil leak. Instead of carrying on with the oil change they brought me out to show me the leak and recommend I take it back to the dealership I bought it from to address it there. I really appreciate honesty and integrity and I will definitely return to Alex at Big O Tires in Cabot, AR.
