Big O Tires

When I arrived as a walk-in on a Saturday the place was busy. The staff was friendly and willing to take the time to give me options and explain the differences between those options. When I picked the set of tires I wanted they got me taken care of in about an hour and a half.

As soon as you walk in the door, you are greeted and help you with your vehicle. They explain it clear and let you know approximately how much you will be looking at and they keep you updated on your vehicles progress.

They forgot to apply the instant rebate thought it was a mail and rebate call the next day. They took care of the issue. Will be back in a few weeks to buy another set of four tires for my husband‘s vehicle. Great service.

The Cabot location is always prompt and does very well in communicating the issue with the vehicle. Also, Alex at this location is always so helpful and kind. My two sons and I visit them whenever we have auto needs and it is something they do. Extremely pleased.
