I went in with an issue that I was not sure about. They took me in quickly and diagnosed my problem. Very professional and very accommodating. They gave me s ride home, so I could continue my day while they serviced the vehicle. I got the car back within the time they promised. Very good experience.

I made an appt online for tires to purchase. Not only was there no record of my appt in the system (even though I had an email confirm), the store “sold” the tires that were “reserved” for me. To make it worse, the tires I actually wanted were never ordered from my appt placed online, then the replacement set was unavailable, so I ended up spending $500 more than anticipated because I had to use a set they had in stock. I took a full day off work, so had no choice but to pay $500 more dollars because I didn’t want to have to come back another day. Pretty poor from the online appt beginning. The associate in the store was very friendly and helpful, but the overall system was not great.

I called to schedule an appointment and was told Monday & Tuesday would be good days. My oil change, rotating tires, checking all fluids, etc. was completed in a reasonable amount of time. When I checked out, I was given recommendations for my next visit. I have been a customer for several years. I have been satisfied with this business and do recommend it tofamily members.

If you take appointments you should work to get the cars in as close to the appointment time as possible.

I was told upon checking in that I had previously only purchased a one year alignment package. After returning home and checking my paperwork, I found that I had in fact purchased a lifetime alignment package previously. I hope this was an honest mistake, but it seems someone might have been charging me for something I had already paid for.

Ordered Michillin Tires and set appt. But when I showed up the tires were not there and had to be delivered another day to store.Was told it was done by 3rd party online so it wasn't on there they wasn't in stock.

Very small issue. I requested an oil change on the drop off form. It was missed and not performed.
