Big O Tires

I emailed the cooperate office about the dissatisfaction of the website not the store. The website price that it quoted me did not have the installation price which I found out once I got to the store, nor does it order your tires when you select your tires and set up your appointment. So my question is what good is it if I have to call the store anyway. I’ve never had this problem with other tire stores websites. The store was very helpful and did a great job.

The receipt indicated they checked all fluids but my coolant was low and I had to add it myself.

I had an alternator replaced. I was charged $44.10 for "shop supplies". What are shop supplies, and how could they be used to install an alternator?

Not clear about pricing. Extra fee for road assistance not explained beforehand. When I asked to remove the extra fee, I was told that the sales price would no longer be valid and would have to rise. All this should have been explained in advance.

I went for a simple oil change and it took nearly 2 hours. Really?

Nothing bad I just feel like $70 with a $20 off coupon is a lot of money for an oil change. I didn’t really get a whole lot of communication about my vehicle which is fine but I just answered honestly.

I have done business with Big O Tire for quite some time now. At this particular service they stated they called me informing me my car was ready but never got a call. No big deal, stuff happens. Seems like also different people work there every time I go there but with the entire United States with a turnover rate of about 60%, it is what it is. Overall I am happy and will continue doing business with Big O Tire.

The technician got oil from his shoes on my gas and brake pedals and also on the floor mat. Also did not reset my oil life monitor

Trash can was overflowing. If you don’t take care of the small things, the big things are at risk as well.
