Mileage was reported incorrectly by over 30,000 miles on a previous service to Carfax. This can take value away from my vehicle. After several requests it has not yet been corrected. We are still waiting.

I came to get my rear differential serviced on my truck. When checking in my vehicle I was told I would receive a call when they got into to let me know the condition. I did not receive a call and there were no notes when I picked up my truck.

Give people who made appointments priority over walk-ins. I had an appointment at 9:30AM and didn’t start getting served until 1:00PM. Also, I noticed my wheels were damaged after I had gotten new tires. Seemed like the employee who did it noticed they did damage, and still continued to do damage to my wheels and tried hiding it by 1. putting the least damaged tires of the driver side, and 2. not telling me about my wheels being damaged. The part that was damaged was a chrome plastic wheel skin and all 4 will need to be replaced due to them being crushed. I’m having to go back another day to get it fixed.
