Communication was terrible. I came in for an oil change and they found a problem with my rear driver's side tire. I'm grateful because it was bad, but I sat waiting for them to complete my oil change for over an hour. I finally asked what was taking so long and the manager says, "Have they told you about your tire?" After I've been waiting for an hour. Then he upsold me on 85k tires with a 3 year warranty instead of the 65k Sumitomos. After another hour my car was ready but they put they put the 65k tires on it. I didn't catch it until the following day and I didn't bring it to anyone's attention because what's the point? I got charged for the Sumitomos. I'm not changing them at this point. Everyone was nice but that's the second bad experience I've had. I'll probably shop around next time.

It took 30 minutes to get my keys. I called (because nobody called me) and they said my truck was ready, so I went in to pick it up and waited in line for 15 minutes then waited another 15 minutes for them to finish calculating my bill. Way too long.

Didn’t explain the $50 difference in price quotes and what I paid

I sat in the parking lot in my husbands vehicle while my van was being serviced. We came in for a tire purchase and wheel alignment. I received a phone call and the associate let me know my vehicle was out for a road test and would be back in 5 mins. This was false. I was sitting in the parking lot, looking at my raised vehicle getting a wheel alignment. It’s disappointing that not only did my vehicle not get a road test but that I was blatantly lied to.

I stopped by the Murfreesboro location in Tennessee to replace a bad tire that had a nail in it. The attendant at the front desk was very informative about tires being on back order and letting me know that I was lucky to have come across my replacement tire. The problem was that the BFG that needed to be replaced was replaced by a different BFG tire. I was not made aware about it nor was I offered the true replacement. The attendant overcharged me and was too busy to see that the bill was incorrect. I informed the manager that the price was too high for one single tire. The manager prorated the charge due to tread wear but I feel that I overpaid for the replacement tire that was different from the original. The original tires had certificates for replacements.

No sense of urgency. I went next door to have a bite to eat and when I called in to check on my vehicle, I was told it was being worked on. I kept quiet because as I was speaking to whomever I was looking right at my car out the window of the eatery.

Asked about tire tread being low. Bought tires from Big O. Manager recommended tire rotation and then was advised “we would take it from there”. After the rotation the manager never circled back with me to discuss options.

Mechanic got black grease all over the carpet. Changed radio channel. Did not put a sticker giving info about next oil change mileage or date.

I tried to go online the day before to make an appointment and I made the appointment and it never gave me a confirmation. I called up the next day and explained to the guy that I could not get an appointment confirmed so he told me just to come on in and there would be no wait. When I got there I spoke to a lady named Angel I believe who is very nice and very friendly however, I explained the whole appointment situation and told her I needed an oil change so I waited there for my car. I waited for almost 2 hours. Not only could I not make an appointment but the guy on the phone told me to come right in and they would get my car in right away so that was even more frustrating. Looking through the glass and watching the guy work on my car was even more painful because he had no sense of urgency and all she did was walk around extremely slow while eating a sandwich as the other guys were hanging out drinking soda and smoking while working. That's probably part of the reason my car took so long was because he was moving an extremely slow pace. I understand it's hard to find good help nowadays but he obviously didn't care. Overall very disappointing so I probably won't be back
