Don’t sales the work if you.r shop not capable of doing the works!!!

Do the services that are asked for. When asked a question about a problem the mechanic shouldn’t be rude with the customers

Stop trying to upsale! I asked for a brake inspection. I did not get them replaced with Big O's because of the attempt to "suggest" outer tie rod ends had to be done. Suggest was noted on inspection sheet. Trust is not gained when you try to inflate a sale. This has happened on a different vehicle. Big O's needs to stick to tires!

Charge less and care about the customers. Took 2 hours to put tires on. Waste of TIME

Tires purchased online were not available. Cost was $200 more than promised. No call when work was done.

I mentioned that the wheel lock hey gave back didn't look the same. I asked my tires be set at 35 psi, didn't happen. They refused to rotate my tires, and they tried to sell me $1600 in services when all I wanted was an oil change. They made it sound like I was going to damage my car if I didn't get it done. I realize they are trying to upsell and make maximum sale, but I don't appreciate the pressure.

I feel like women are taken advantage of and instead if a simple tire patch, I was forced to buy a new tire because I must be an idiot. Unfortunately because I needed the tire repaired, I was forced to make a $200 purchase. I loved Big O but as management has changed it is so frustrating and I won't be back. I feel like I am taken advantage of as soon as I walk in the door. Instead of feeling like its honest service I feel like its "how can qe stick it to this customer to make more money"?

I got a full synthetic change and was told tire rotation would be included. When I left I realized all tires were low pressure and had not been rotated, which leaves me asking if anything was actually inspected

I made an appointment online for a set of tires for Monday 08/30 # 5:00 pm. when I arrived at the location, there were no tire there and they would have to be delivered from a whse location which was closed. The tech assured me that the tires would be delivered first thing in the morning and I scheduled the appointment for the same time the following day. I arrived on Tuesday for what I thought would be a quick service and it ended up taking 1hr and 40 mins to complete install.
