This location changes management way too much. This is second time I've made an appointment and when I get there they didn't tell me they don't have an appointment for me. I was told my rear brakes need to be changed and when I got there they told me my front brakes needed to be changed. They quoted me over $400 to do my front brakes which was ridiculous. They told me I needed new rotors and I asked them why they couldn't turn the rotors and they said that their machine was broken so they decided they were just going to automatically give me a price with new rotors that I did not need. My appointment was at 10:00 and they didn't get my car in the shop until 10:35. Staff is not knowledgeable and this location is not very good so I won't be back

Ask that an oil supplement, which I supplied and made special trip home to fetch it, was not added. They seemed more interested in up selling me on other service.

I was referred by a friend for air conditioning service. I was told it would be $129 to run dye and check for leaks and I would get up to so much Freon (and anything beyond that would cost). When I told him I would not be interested in spending 1,100 to fix the condenser and wanted to check around for other prices, I went to pick my car up and there was not a drop of Freon in the car. Did not blow cold whatsoever! When I called back they said the guy had left for the day and they would call me tomorrow (which of course they never did). It cost me $142 just for them to tell me there was a leak and nothing else. I was able to get the condenser fixed elsewhere for $390! I would NOT refer this place to anyone!

Went for oil change, battery cable cleaning and tire rotation. I have been there many times although the franchise had changed management 3 times since I been going. When I got home I wanted to see if the fluids have been topped. I noticed the battery cable still had corrosion, acid blue build up and the dip stick for the oil was half way out of the channel. I drove back and reported the problem. The manager said the brush that was used to clean the battery had only half the Brussels . The battery cleaning was performed again. No apology for the crappy job or explanation for the dip stick being out of the channel. It looked like the washing fluid could use more fluid, but he said it was where it was supposed to be. Anyway, I won’t go back to that one even though I been going for years and bought tires there twice. I would really like a refund, although didn’t ask for one. Someone needs to be checking the work that is going out of that place. Something simple as an oil change and battery cleaning is not hard. Will definetly not bring there for something serious.

I went for the advertised $49.99 oil change and was charged twice that amount because they had to order the oil and filter.

Actually use.the appointment system. I had appointment at 8 am, 4 ppl were waiting in line without appointments before me. I waited over 2 hours before tire balance and alignment. I ended up having leaving my vehicle and get a ride.

Honesty. I was told tire rotation was performed. Paperwork showed it was done. This was false. Had to t return and wait another 90 minutes for this to be done after leaving my car for 5 hours initially.

Hire someone competent to run your store on the weekend and has enough common sense to call the customer from the drop off paper that was given with the keys in the drop-off box

Communication from receptionist, qualified employees that know the craft! Check your work, be responsible for losing and breaking caps and bolts. Inform the customer about the danger of driving your car after they didn’t tighten down lug nuts and only had 3 on back wheel when you got home
