Big O Tires

There was not enough oil put back in my vehicle. I was unable to drive it until we purchased more oil to put in it ourselves. Also, nothing was done with my spare tire as requested and confirmed by your company.

I went to the tire shop in may or June for a flat. They told me the tire was covered and it would be $50. I came in October to get my wheel and tire. When I called to get the tire put on Adam said that he’d noticed my wheel and thought it would look good on his truck. Nobody set my wheel aside with my name or tried to call. Then they couldn’t find my wheel. Adam said he would honor the warranty. When I arrived he said he wouldn’t honor the warranty and charged me full price minus “discount”. He kept trying to get me to finance all four tires when I kept explaining I only needed one. When I discovered he would not honor the warranty I asked if he could just fix my spare and if he would look at it to see if it was even repairable. 2 hours later he tells me it cannot be repaired and again tries to get me to finance. Very poor customer service that took way too long to swap tire

The staff were not good at communicating with each other and did not know who was doing what.
