Big O Tires

I ordered the tires on Saturday. They called me on Tuesday morning. I asked if I could drop my vehicle off after dinner. I dropped it off around 2:00, they said it would by done today and stop back later. I went back around 4:15 and it was done. I have done business there before and will continue to go back.

I had two blown tires. Called Big O due to location. Lady that answered was knowledgeable, polite, professional, and helpful. Tires were shipped from warehouse same day. Tires were installed and balanced same day too. The staff amd overall experience was top notch.
