Angel Baggett was extremely sweet! She referred me to their finance programs which was such a relief. I got everything taken care of that I needed done and I will most definitely be coming back for any needs. Thank you all again!!

Angel Bagget was wonderful. She was friendly, cooperative, knowledgeable, and multitasked. I stayed with my car and watched her diligently assist every person who walked in the door with a smile on her face. I absolutely will be coming back just for her amazing customer service. Do not lose her at all at all costs!! She is clearly the heart and soul of this place.

It was Easy to schedule an appointment..same day. Everyone I encountered whether by the phone and in person was friendly. I personally spoke with 5 employees, #1-during the scheduling phone call, #2-initial meeting in person in the parking lot as I was looking for a parking spot, #3- at the front desk, #4- an update on the status of my vehicle, #5- the retrieval of my truck. My questions were answered with sincere kindness. The employees were visibly hardworking and staying busy. Great experience from start to finish!

My Father had my car towed to Big O when he hit a curb and popped 2 of my tires. It was a stressful time for him and the employees helped him a lot. They allowed him to communicate with my Mom through their shop phone since he didn't have his cell phone either. When I pulled up later on the give him a ride home Angel greeted me and said that they were all prepared to have my Dad follow them back to my house (since he's visiting from out of town and didn't have GPS). I am very grateful knowing my Dad was in good hands.
