Call to get a quote, after receiving my quote they informed me that they were open until 6:00 that evening and what I like to come in that day, I let them know that that wouldn't be possible because I didn't get off work till 5:30 sometimes 5:45 and although I only live 3 or 4 minutes away from the location I didn't want to inconvenience them or their staff. At this time the customer rep had informed me that they were more than happy to take me in at that time and that it wouldn't be a problem if they went past opening hours to accommodate my needs. I thought that was extremely kind and unusual not the type of customer service you would find just anywhere certainly made them stand out from a few other places that I had called earlier also looking for a quote. It was that dedication to getting my car repaired that caused me to choose Big o tires for my repair service that evening.

John the attendant when I checked in was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, he kept in constant communication to inform me of everything that was found and how to proceed with the repairs, the service was very fast and timely.
