The staff were able to talk about product in the context of season and current species in our area. ...also, we were greeted personally and they remembered us from previous visits as well as the kinds of purchases we made. ALL customers who came and went while we were there got the same friendly service.

I’m always excited to make a store visit as Kurtis can always answer questions I have about any particular bird and their habits, plus, I can see what’s new for the season. I visit this store weekly and am so grateful for the products available to me.

Kurtis is highly knowledgeable about his products and wild birds in general. And he stands behind the products. We had an issue with one of our feeders that was broken. He fixed it the same day and then delivered it to our house! He always goes above and beyond.
