The owner was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and patient. The store is beautiful with many interesting products and displays, very well done. I found the prices of the new pole system I bought to be fairly reasonable.

The lovely lady who helped me (sorry, I've forgotten her name) was very pleasant and we chatted for a while about hummingbirds. She did ask me twice if she could help me carry my bag of seed to my car, but I was fine as I had parked close by, so declined her kind offer.

Staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Because of their expertise, I now have a new hobby which I know if helpful for the environment/ wildlife and can hopefully make a difference.

The people who work at this store are incredibly friendly and outgoing - they really go the extra mile. Additionally, the products at top notch are are of a higher quality that you can’t really find elsewhere.
