The staff at this store are extremely helpful and knowledgable. I have placed orders over the phone as well, that they add to my online orders. They stock many products in store, and I am always happy with my experience shopping with them. Keep up the great work!

The staff know their stuff and they know their customers. The owner came out from the back when I arrived (there was another staff member in the store) and knew what seed I used and had it to the checkout before I even started browsing! We had a conversation about what birds were visiting my feeders and he then carried my purchases out to my car. Always a pleasure visiting this store.

I found exactly what i was looking for and the gentleman who helped me was very well informed and helpful, but NOT pushy. He explained everything.
