The staff was very helpful and knew what they were telling me. I appreciated this as I am new to the area and as a caregiver for my mother who loves to look at the birds was very happy when I was informed that there is a good chance she may see different types with the proper food.

they are always so nice when I stop in. They definitely know a lot about birds. Great merch selection. I love the seeds - they don't promote weed growth :)

I really like the friendliness and the feeling that we don't have to rush. I always seem to meet a neighbor or friend and we share bird stories and shop. Often I buy more than I came for because I spot something else. Great store, great people.

Got prompt service, just felt products are a little too pricy. WBU is highly recommended to all that require nature things.
